I'm pleased to say that a second printing of the book is making it's way from the printer, so a big thanks to all of you for making the book such a success.<br>
We made a couple of grammar fixes, used a thicker paper stock for the Ch 1 gallery, and tweaked the cover image to print better on press. No content updates that change the nature of the material, so no need for those of you who bought it already to upgrade .
