Just heard from Amazon, the tell me that your book will arrive at my door tomorrow, May 15. This is welcomed as I have delayed some work until I could go through your material.
That is the good news. The not so good news is that this forum is so very dead. It is well designed, much appreciated but checking in is like watching dry paint (as opposed to even paint drying).
Why no action?

Hi Mark,
Glad you'll have your copy soon. If it helps, there are around 70 or so members who have registered for the forums, but I think that until the book starts getting into people's hands, the traffic will be minimal. Orders just started shipping last week (finally)and there are quite a bit of promo events on deck in the coming weeks, so hang in there.
Or maybe everyone's just waiting for my "Win a date with Paris Hilton" contest to start.

Amadou,
Where can I order the book? Amazon says 4-6 weeks and Barnesandnoble.com says that new copies are not available.
Is the book actually shipping?
thanks,
meier

Meier,
The long ship times at Amazon and B&N may be due to inventory levels, as the preorders were in the triple digits from what I'm told, so those may have depleted initial stock. Shades of Paper does have copies and has been shipping since last week.

Greetings!
Preordered mine at Amazon US - arrived 25. of May, living in Norway.
Looks like a book I will have to read piece by piece (time being the limiting factor), wearing glasses - print is just a tad too small for my 50 year eyes.
Kind Regards
Niels
