The book is now available for pre-order online at Barnes and Noble. Amazon is still working on a technical glitch but if you live in Canada you can pre-order today from their Canada site. Amazon's European sites will begin accepting pre-orders soon. There are a few different ship dates floating around. April 30 on the early side and May 22 on the late end. In a couple of weeks I should have more solid info and will pass it along.
